Interest in Agile practices and certifications continues to increase year over year. For the past three years Agile searches in Google has experienced a 10% yearly increase, becoming among the top trending Google searches in 2016. Beginning in 2002 with the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, Agile certification continues to see a growth trend. There are currently over 440,000 people holding either a CSM or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. Today’s companies are increasingly adopting Agile practices to compete in todays fast paced and ever-changing world.
