Christine Blair

Christine’s passions are people, process, and technology. She has more than 12 years of experience managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion. Christine has worked to establish, organize, and enhance operations for companies in the automotive, gas & oil, technology, and service industries. She holds a BBA in Business Management from Cleary University and is PMP®, FCP, PSM I, and ITIL-V3 certified.

Christine has been an active board member having served as VP of Membership from 2016-2018. It is a privilege and honor for her to serve the chapter as President.

Christine also serves her community through work with the 100 Women Who Care in Livingston County.

Heather Benson is a high energy and enthusiastic leader with 15 plus years of experience running projects and programs in both technology and operations.  She has implemented multiple project management methodologies leveraging the best fit for the team and how they work.
Project management experience includes projects in the areas of ERP, data warehouse, enterprise systems,  strategic reporting, custom development, deployment and process improvement.   She is passionate about understanding her customers needs and ensuring they are met while balancing and delivering on what is best for the company.  Her broad experience in IT and business enables her to build the bridge between process, people and technology.  She is currently working in the field of Supply Chain as the Manager - Supply Chain Strategic Projects.
When not working she enjoys travel, theme parks, volunteering and time with family.

Medija ShaskaMedija is an accomplished project professional with 10+ years in Project Management and Operations in healthcare and construction services industries, with her last role as a Program Lead for Henry Ford Health System’s Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. She has a successful, long record of driving multiple projects, managing budgets, milestones, tasks and resources while exceeding customer expectations.

Her strengths include outstanding communication talents with proven ability to build and lead highly efficient teams. She earns trust and conveys complex concepts in understandable terms, while achieving goals in matrix and complex environments.

Medija has a BA in Economics from Wayne State University, a Master of Science in Program and Project Management from University of Michigan-Dearborn and has been PMP certified since 2013. Medija looks forward to her role as the new VP of Administration and furthering the role that the Huron Valley Chapter plays for the Project Managers in the area.

Keason is a technology business leader with a history of success building and leading corporate project, consulting and start-up teams to create solutions that impact client growth and new market entry. He has a 25 year track record of achievement in evolving technologies and environments with high levels of uncertainty, and uses innovation, flexibility and a collaborative leadership style to implement solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. He holds a BGS and MBA (strategy) from the University of Michigan, and is currently pursuing a MSCS from Georgia Tech.  Keason has been an active volunteer since joining HVC-PMI, and is the current VP Finance.  He looks forward to continuing to support the HVC-PMI chapter in this role.
