Christine Blair

Christine’s passions are people, process, and technology. She has more than 12 years of experience managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion. Christine has worked to establish, organize, and enhance operations for companies in the automotive, gas & oil, technology, and service industries. She holds a BBA in Business Management from Cleary University and is PMP®, FCP, PSM I, and ITIL-V3 certified.

Christine has been an active board member having served as VP of Membership from 2016-2018. It is a privilege and honor for her to serve the chapter as President.

Christine also serves her community through work with the 100 Women Who Care in Livingston County.

Heather Benson is a high energy and enthusiastic leader with 15 plus years of experience running projects and programs in both technology and operations.  She has implemented multiple project management methodologies leveraging the best fit for the team and how they work.
Project management experience includes projects in the areas of ERP, data warehouse, enterprise systems,  strategic reporting, custom development, deployment and process improvement.   She is passionate about understanding her customers needs and ensuring they are met while balancing and delivering on what is best for the company.  Her broad experience in IT and business enables her to build the bridge between process, people and technology.  She is currently working in the field of Supply Chain as the Manager - Supply Chain Strategic Projects.
When not working she enjoys travel, theme parks, volunteering and time with family.

Grace has over 15 years experience working in controlling and accounting with many of those years working on different projects; ERP (SAP) projects implementation, Government Incurred Cost development rates projects, Government projects, R&D and application engineering projects for an engine manufacturing company and an ink manufacturing company.  She has also had been part of an implementation and sustainability of an Internal Control project. Grace has a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance from Walsh College in Troy Michigan.  She has a Bachelors Degree of Business and Administration in Accountancy from Universidad Autonoma de Santa Domingo.

Grace has been an active board member having served as VP of Communications from 2017-2018. Grace is fluent in English and Spanish.  Some of her passions include:  Community, finance, and stream line processes and procedures.

Chuck BeckChuck has been in project management for 15 years and just celebrated his 10th anniversary of his PMP.  He has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, IT, publishing, and medical devices.

He uses a flexible, collaborative leadership style to enable the team to focus on the most critical tasks, and to remove barriers for the team.

Chuck holds his BBA in Financial Management from Eastern Michigan University. In his free time he enjoys camping, biking, canoeing and attending his kids events.

TerryLongTerry is a program management professional with broad and international experience in the Automotive and Electronics manufacturing industries.  He excels at motivating, facilitating and coaching to achieve outstanding objectives. He has managed global matrix organizations and multi-plant locations with over 100 individuals. His experience includes continuously defining and implementing technology solutions and large systems to improve operational efficiency that reduced time, quality and costs.  Terry has experience with legal compliance including compliance office, records Retention, SOX, compliance program evaluation, auditing, and policy and procedures.

Terry is an active member of PMI-HVC looking forward to serving on the board as Vice President, Administration.

Keason is a technology business leader with a history of success building and leading corporate project, consulting and start-up teams to create solutions that impact client growth and new market entry. He has a 25 year track record of achievement in evolving technologies and environments with high levels of uncertainty, and uses innovation, flexibility and a collaborative leadership style to implement solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. He holds a BGS and MBA (strategy) from the University of Michigan, and is currently pursuing a MSCS from Georgia Tech.  Keason has been an active volunteer since joining HVC-PMI, and is the current VP Finance.  He looks forward to continuing to support the HVC-PMI chapter in this role.


Bob SlomaBob is an accomplished professional with many years of successful business leadership experience in information technology, engineering, manufacturing and automation. He is an expert in project management including scope development, risk management, project documentation, implementation and training. 
Bob has worked with C-level and senior executives implementing organizational transformation with a process/system thinking mindset and restructuring IT roles from a business unit manager structure to a business analyst and consultant roles. He has helped executives refine and implement a structured methodology to manage business processes and document results for review, implementation and training. 
Bob was an Adjunct Professor at Grand Valley State University for 6 years teaching undergraduate students an information systems course introducing them to business processes and SAP. Bob has a MBA from the University of Toledo and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
