Overview PMI-HVC Board Roles

President

The President is responsible for leadership oversight of the chapter and the board. The President directs the activities of the other board members in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan. 

VP Communications

The Vice President of Communications is responsible for managing and coordinating chapter communications, marketing channels, and other associated value delivery activities in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan.

VP Finance

The Vice President of Finance is responsible for maintaining and presenting all financial records required for chapter operations, and other associated value delivery activities in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan.

VP Membership

The Vice President of Membership is responsible for the well-being of the membership, volunteer recruitment, retention, and other associated value delivery activities in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan.

VP Programs

The Vice President of Programs is responsible for establishing the strategy and overseeing the creation and delivery of Chapter programs (e.g. Chapter meetings, networking events, etc.), and other associated value delivery activities in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan.

VP Administration

The Vice President of Administration is responsible for duties commonly performed by a Corporate Secretary, such as keeping the chapter records, including meetings of the Board, policies and procedures, oversees Chapter operations, and other associated value delivery in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan.

VP Training

The Vice President of Training is responsible for establishing the strategy and overseeing the creation and delivery of Chapter educational programs and other associated value delivery activities in accordance with chapter policies, bylaws, and annual plan.
