A former US Navy Nuclear Engineer, John Hawley created, developed, and scaled the military’s go-to innovation program, currently being used across the Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force at the highest levels.

John Hawley is a design thinking facilitator who focuses on team-building and process improvement. He spends his time helping companies transform through innovative team-building and strategy evolutions in the in-person and virtual world.  John believes the key to success lies within growing and molding the individual contributor. He does this by breaking down silos to create a trusting culture, leading to more efficient and fast-paced teams.

John’s book [Your Meetings are Stale Chips] and his growing suite of online courses demonstrate his passion for meeting effectiveness, teambuilding, and strategy.
