Brief overview of Microsoft Project for Web

If you have not seen the latest web-based version of Microsoft Project, affectionally known as “Project For The Web”, you are going to want to join us for this presentation.  It will go quick….but what you will come to find is this product is a bit more robust than what it appears on the surface.

Main presentation - “Understanding SAFe – The Scaled Agile Framework”

In this presentation we will explore the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), a popular framework for implementing agile at scale. At a high level, we will review various levels of SAFe, the 10 Foundational Principles, the Implementation Roadmap, as well as the typical results reported by enterprises using SAFe. By the end of the presentation, attendees will have a solid understanding of SAFe and its benefits for organizations looking to scale agile practices.
