Kenneth Wisinski
Early exposure across a variety of functional disciplines allowed Ken to notice the interconnections. Several years in the Toyota engineering team helped him understand the importance of communication and information flow through a global company. That experience motivated him to pursue Project Management and an environment that demanded stewardship of those critical, cross functional, cross cultural connections. After 20 years of practice, Ken has proven his excellence with millions of dollars in Process improvements, enterprise wide PM Systems development, and Strategic / Tactical Leadership that enabled rapid situational assessment, team building, and problem solving. He strives to create a foundation of systemized, intuitive, order so that people have the best possible processes and decision-making information for achieving their goals.
After managing a $30M product development program across 3 countries, Ken was asked by the CEO to restructure the company’s global, cradle-to-grave Program Management process. In addition to product development projects, Ken has experience in construction and has leveraged his process / information flow insight as a base for SAP and Lifecycle Management software implementations.
Credentialed as a PMP in 2001, Ken is also an Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean practitioner.
