About Kirk Elsworth
Kirk is currently an Account Executive at Blue Chip Talent and has over 10+ years in IT staffing and recruitment. He's currently responsible for sourcing within infrastructure, application, cloud, and data initiatives. He's helped Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Program Managers, and Portfolio Managers find new positions throughout his career and worked with companies in the health, education, insurance, banking, automotive, consulting and software development space.
Kirk started his career as a Technical Recruiter, where he learned the staffing industry and quickly found success within the Information Technology space. His experience covers several companies and roles that have spanned many services and industries including IT staffing services, recruitment, new sales, business development, managed and professional services, talent acquisition for infrastructure and development positions within the cloud environment.
Kirk and his wife have three kids with a 4th on the way! He's a former college football player at Western Michigan University, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science.
