The first 15 minutes will be focused on chapter information / upcoming events, followed by our learning topic: Delivering M.O.R.E. Project Success
PMI's recent release of the 8th Edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (or PMBOK) standards is accompanied by the M.O.R.E. Framework: a strategic mindset shift designed to elevate project success. In this interactive session, our VP of Professional Development will walk you through the most salient shifts as we move into PMBOK 8.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand core differences between the 7th and 8th edition of the PMBOK in defining project success
- Articulate all four components of the M.O.R.E. Framework
- Apply at least one component of the M.O.R.E. Framework to your own work and goals for the future
About our Speaker: Caroline Horste, VP of Training PMI-HVC

Caroline formally moved into project management in 2019 after a decade in higher education, where she worked as an Orientation & Student Activities Coordinator. She now oversees project management execution and training at Boundless Impact, where she serves as a co-founder. She has an enduring love for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
In addition to her service to PMI Huron Valley, she also serves on the board of B Local Michigan/People First Economy and the Friends of the Plymouth District Library.
