Reduce Waste by Achieving Smooth Flow
Creating smooth flow in your work can help you eliminate waste and create more engagement with your team members. Waste is easy to talk about, but it is so much better to experience firsthand through a hands-on competition. Roll up your sleeves in this session, and let's see how smooth we can make work flow!
Learning Objectives:
- Explain value vs waste and know the industry standard eight wastes.
- Recognize what smooth flow looks like and how to measure it.
- Apply smooth-flow concepts through a hands-on actvity.
