Seven Strategies of Relationship-Centered Leadership

Relationship-Centered Leadership means building meaningful and productive relationships to raise performance and develop your team members. Relationships are at the core of leadership. To effectively influence and lead your team you must first develop a strong relationship. The seven strategies that are covered provide a foundation for your leadership. Implementing these will improve performance, engagement, morale, and retention.

This interactive presentation is designed to help you reflect on how you currently manage relationships and discover new techniques to enhance your leadership.

  • Objective #1: Increase understanding of the elements required to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Objective #2: Develop leadership skills in key areas such as appreciation, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Objective #3: Have leaders develop an action plan to enhance their leadership.
