Meet our Speaker | Marcia Drabek   

Marcia Drabek is a seasoned Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) with over ten years of experience leading IT projects across various industries. Marcia is skilled in setting and tracking KPIs/OKRs, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. 

Known for her ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor project management teams, Marcia excels in delivering complex IT projects on time and within scope. Her leadership has optimized resource utilization and operational efficiency, and she adapts project management practices to fit industry-specific needs. Marcia is also dedicated to leadership development, workplace diversity, and mentoring future project management professionals. 

After a year of working and traveling from a van, Marcia has embraced a vibrant lifestyle filled with adventure. When not on the road, she enjoys baking and cooking, always experimenting with new recipes. Hiking is a favorite pastime, and while she’s tackled trails up to 12,000 ft, she's excited about the challenge of reaching 14,000 ft soon. Her adventures also include exploring local markets, attending live music events, and trying out new outdoor sports.
