As more and more companies are looking at Agile, project managers need to be able to manage projects and understand various methodologies. Get an understanding of what Agile and the Scrum framework are as well as common pitfalls that teams often face implementing and using the Agile methodology.
Paul Rakowicz is an Agile Transformation Coach with Ford Motor Company. Paul served as VP of Development and was instrumental in implementing agile " using Scrum overlaid with a mature, custom DSDM scalable Agile Portfolio/Project/Product Lifecycle Management framework" at Lowry.
Meeting Details
- Doors open at 6:00 pm for networking and hors d'oeuvres.
- Online registration closes at noon on the day of the meeting.
