Change management has existed since the early to mid-1900s and has been built on steadily into the early 2000s. It has become more visible and valued by business and project management professionals in the past decade and more robust programs and roles have been defined as a result. At the core, change management is about PEOPLE and we’ll discuss how you can incorporate facets of change management in each and every project!

Lindsay Peters, PMP

Lindsay is Global Development Director for MovePlan Group. Over the past 15 years, she has successfully delivered a wide variety of complex workplace, relocation, and change management projects across North America within a diverse cross-sector of industries with emphasis on the educational, financial and pharmaceutical industries.

She has also been actively involved in PMI, attaining her PMP certification in 2012, attending and volunteering for the Huron Valley Chapter, and was VP of Communications in 2019-2020. She’s also active in the workplace-centric organizations of IFMA and Corenet. She is currently leading the IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries Detroit Hub. She has presented in a variety of classrooms, workshops and sessions over the years and enjoys listening to and learning from others. Outside of work, Lindsay loves the outdoors and tries to get outside every day. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
